Get Your Tickets! TODAY is the last day to get your tickets for Saturday night, Nov. 25 as we celebrate with Pastor John and Michelle on his retirement after 32 years here. The Saturday night event will start at 6pm with appetizers with a program at 7pm to about 9pm. The event is free but tickets are required for numbers for the caterer. Also plan to join us 10am Sunday morning, Nov. 26 for Pastor John’s farewell service. Also remember if you want to contribute to Pastor John & Michelle’s gift, that Dave mentioned a few weeks ago, the box is at the Information Desk.

Operation Christmas Child: Sylvain Champagne is looking for volunteers to help load the shoeboxes on Wednesday, Nov. 22 at 5pm. If you are able to help please come out at that time to the back doors by the chapel.

Prayer Night: We have been praying together for Maranatha on the last Wednesday of the month. Next meeting is planned for this Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 7:30pm in the Youth Hall.

Christmas Dinner for Seniors on Saturday, Dec. 2 at noon for anyone 65 years and over. Served by our deacons and benevolence team members.

Choir: A choir is being formed for the Christmas Eve Candlelight service. There will be four Wednesday practices, starting Nov. 29, at 7pm in the chapel. If you are interested there will be a sign up sheet at the info desk. If you have any question please talk to Roberta or email her at

Christmas Food Baskets: Every year the Benevolence Team provides food baskets to families or single individuals who are struggling in the holiday season. You can help support this ministry by donating the cost of one or more baskets. Cost is $110 for a family basket or $90 for a single basket. For more information and a form to fill out please see the insert in the bulletin.

Surviving The Holidays: The holidays can be a very difficult and painful time if you are grieving the loss of a loved one. GriefShare’s, “Surviving The Holidays” can be a great benefit to you. This two-hour seminar and discussion is filled with helpful suggestions as well as wise and caring counsel by our facilitators to help you go through this challenging time. This will be held here at Maranatha on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 2pm. There is a $5 fee for the workbook. There are only 30 spots available. Please note, there is no nursery!
