Living Faith Connections

Those involved with Living Faith Connections work together with newcomers to our community in order to help enfold and connect them with the greater church body. Among the services offered by the Living Faith Connections team is a quartly “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner?” evening, in which host families connect newcomers with some families and individuals who are already thriving in the Maranatha Community.

Maranatha’s Newcomers’ Luncheon is for anyone who has begun visiting our community and services, and wants to know more about our church, our staff and programs. Covering our church history, as well as our vision and mission, the Newcomers’ Luncheon is an excellent way to get a behind-the-scenes look at how we at Maranatha do community.

Welcoming Ministry

This team welcomes newcomers and visitors to Maranatha, helping them to find their way around the church, and providing them with information about our church community. Also included in this ministry are our Greeters, our Ushers, Traffic Control, and the Information Centre.

New Members Class

Membership is a step of commitment for those who believe in Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, and are ready to commit themselves to the Maranatha Community. We suggest that persons who seek to take this class have gone through Alpha, and/or at least one module of Beta.
