Our Church Family: A Memorial Service will be held for Henry Huizinga on Saturday, July 23 at 11am in the chapel. A luncheon will follow the service. Eve Kugel remains at BGH. Pieter Englesman returned home on Monday but his condition is in decline. Rick Foulds is suffering from a blood clot that has caused swelling in his left leg, and is on blood thinners. Folkert Helleman will be undergoing a third surgery on Tuesday, July 19 at KGH to repair his broken hip. Please keep our sick and shut-ins in your prayers.

Offerings: Each week we hold an offering for a cause and for budget. This week the offering is for Benevolence Fund, next Sunday, July 24 the offering will be for the Loyalist Christian Life/Geneva House.

Thank You: I would like to thank you all for the way you have been there for me these last few weeks, in the passing of John. Staff Holidays: Shelley is on holidays until July 23. Deborah will be away July 21 until August 2, and Sarita will be away July 18-31.
Pastor Mike, Loretta and the Nanninga children are scheduled to move into their temporary housing in Belleville this week, July 19. Mike will start his duties as our Pastor of Discipleship on August 15 and begin preaching in September. Please pray for the Nanningas as they settle into Belleville and look for a house to buy.
Pastor Trevor: With the arrival of Pastor Mike, Pastor Trevor will be stepping down from his monthly preaching duties here at Maranatha. He will be preaching the last of his regularly scheduled sermons on the first two Sundays in August. Sometime after this we will find the opportunity to publicly acknowledge Pastor Trevor’s contribution.
Prayer for Family Members: The Thursday morning prayer time for families continues to meet through the summer from 7-8am in the chapel. Contact Deborah Morgante or Wanda Thompson for more information.
Worship Night: Join us tonight, for our unplugged time of worship from 7-8pm in the chapel. Please use the back door by the chapel when entering the building.
Maranatha Summer Connections will continue every week for the months of July and August. These are great opportunities to invite friends and neighbours so please consider picking up additional flyers at the Info Desk to distribute in your neighbourhoods or workplaces. Meal Train for the Stoters: Catherine has been experiencing increasingly challenging medical issues. Frank is feeling a bit overwhelmed, as they are also moving the end of July to Parkside Village. Having some meals provided over the next few weeks would be greatly appreciated. A meal train has been set up for this. Belleville Pregnancy & Family Care Centre: Maranatha you gave $5,005.73 towards the drive. Thank you for all your support. We surpassed our goal and just over $33,000 was raised to support the work of the Centre. That is amazing and we cannot do what we do without the support from our area churches. Thanks again.
