Our Church Family: Congratulations to Gary Heuving as he celebrates his 84th birthday on Wednesday, and Joan Reive who celebrates her 92nd birthday on Friday. Glenda Crawford continues to recuperate at home, as does Jake Vandervelde. Please keep our sick and shut-ins in your prayers.

This Morning we start a new series of messages called Summer Fruit. We will be looking at each of the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

This Morning we celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion. All who have publicly confessed the Lord Jesus Christ and are seeking to live out that commitment in repentance and faith are warmly invited to join in our celebration.

Offerings: Each week we hold an offering for a cause and for budget. This week the offering is for World Renew, next Sunday, July 10 the offering will be for Grace Inn.

Staff Holidays: Pastor Tom is away until July 12. Deborah will be away until July 12. Shelley will leave on July 10 and return on July 23.

Missing Chair: If you accidently picked up a red Canada chair from the picnic last Sunday, please bring it to the office, so it can be returned to its owner. Thanks!

We Need You! We are looking for volunteers, whether once a month or more if you are willing throughout the summer to cover in Kids Up or Care Corner. Come pour the love of Jesus into our kids lives. Contact Shelley: shelley@maranatha-church.com, or 613-962-2062 ext 203.

Games Needed: If you have a badminton set or a basketball hoop that you would be willing to donate or lend to the church for the summer, please contact Shelley or Deborah.

Prayer for Family Members: The Thursday morning prayer time for families will continue to meet through the summer from 7:00-8:00am in the Chapel. We are seeing God move through prayer in amazing ways! Please contact Deborah Morgante or Wanda Thompson for more information.

Maranatha Printed Directory: The Online Directory Team is working on a printed directory. If you would like to have a printed copy (large print available), please fill out the insert in today's bulletin and drop it off at the Information Desk.

Maranatha Summer Connections will be starting this week. There is something for everyone this summer! Check out the bulletin insert for all the events happening here EVERY weekday this July & August.  These are great opportunities to invite friends and neighbours and help them get connected to the church, so please consider picking up additional flyers at the Info Desk to distribute in your neighbourhoods or workplaces. Let's stay connected and growing this summer!

Thrift Store: All blue stickers/tags are $1 each this week. The store is in need of good quality infant and kids clothing and footwear. For more information call the store 613-967-1371.

Gleaners Foodbank is in need of some food items. If you are able to donate: canned vegetables, crackers, apple juice, granola bars, small soups, brown beans, cookies, Mr Noodles and hygiene items, please bring them to the church by July 10, and we will deliver them to Gleaners.
