Our Church Family:

Please pray for our Gr. 12 Senior High students as they contemplate what next year will hold for them. Pray that they would engage God in their decisions and their faith would continue to grow as they move through their transition to adulthood. If you have a passion for this next generation, consider showing your support by talking with them when you see them, and find out how they are doing. Give them a word of encouragement and pray with them directly as you are led. Perhaps, invite a family with teens over for a meal.

Prayer cover for our Sr. High ministry on Friday nights is also appreciated and is a great way to show support as we together grow young as a church.

Please continue to hold Laurie Wood, Glen Arendt, Marten VanderWal, Eve Kugel, Andy Jongenotter, Rick Foulds, and our shut-ins in your prayers.

George Luyt celebrates his birthday on Tuesday, November, 29th.

Today’s Team: Keyboard: Deborah Morgante; Bass: Harrison Noble; Drums: James Stickland; Lead guitar: Jordan Hall; Vocals: Karyn Elrafih; Percussion: Powell Slimmon; Acoustic Guitar: Tino Morgante; Interpreter: Jenn Abel

Senior High: We have had some great nights of food, fun and teaching in the past few weeks! So awesome to have everyone so engaged in small groups. Leave it to Harrison to bring in an old tire and then wrenches and sockets for games and teaching! He is up again for teaching this Friday from 7-9pm. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for December 16th. We will be hosting an event for all Quinte Area youth groups. We will have a speaker, live music, dinner, and games. Dinner starts at 6pm. The night ends around 9:30PM. If you have not been out lately, come one out this week at 7pm!

Sr. High Volunteers & Bakers Needed: Reach out to James Stickland if you can help the Sr High group either by providing food for their upcoming city-wide youth event on Dec. 16th, or if you are interested in investing in youth by volunteering. We will be saying goodbye to 2 or 3 volunteers starting in January, and we’d love to say hello to you and at least two others!

Young Adults: What does it look like to really love others as Jesus did? Come join us this Tuesday from 7-9pm as we talk about incarnational love!  If you have any questions or would like to get connected, contact Adamadam@maranatha-church.com. We hope to see you there!
